HR Generalist (m/f) – Eindhoven – Nederland

Introduction

This is the ideal role to combine all aspects of the HR scope within an international company: You are based at the European HQ in Eindhoven acting as the HR Generalist to coordinate all operational, tactical and strategic HR processes and topics. You work closely with the management and all employees across Europe.

Organization

Our client manufactures computers and hardware that give ‘intelligence’ to products used in various markets such as: Smart retail/digital advertising, smart cities & intelligent transportation, smart manufacturing, network safety & security.

Function

You are responsible for handling transactions such as new hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, employee statistics, and absence management, updating existing HR related policies and procedures in case of e.g. changes of legal law and manage the annual performance management cycle and support managers and employees in the process. Furthermoreyou are also responsible for:

Recruitment:

− Creation of job descriptions & job postings
− Shortlisting
− Interviewing candidates
− Contract preparation
− Planning & preparation of induction period for new employees

Compensation & Benefits:

− Handling of benefits plans participation
− Handling of insurance and pension plan
− Give advice on remuneration, promotion and benefits
− Administration of monthly payroll

Requirements

Our customer is looking for a solution-oriented, driven personality with a hands-on mentality to take care of all HR topics of the European organization. You are familiar with all areas of HR Management and possess at least 3 years’ experience in a general HR Operations role. Based on your experience and your education on bachelor degree level, you are able to handle strategic, tactical and operational aspects of the HR function.

It is without saying that you need to bring with strong interpersonal, communication skills and sensitivity to be able to address and handle the broad variety of aspects of the HR scope. You will work with people with different cultural background which demands beside fluency in Dutch also fluency in English as well as strong cultural awareness. Being familiar with the Asian culture is an advantage. You are available for at least 32 hours/week.
